About GCC Our Pastor’s Vision and Statement of PurposeGrace Covenant purposes to be an expression of the body of Christ on earth. We are submitted to the Lord Jesus Christ in all things, patterned after the elements of New Testament church order that are reproducible in our context. We are dedicated to bring and keep the unity of the church – the body of Christ. This will be achieved by:Evangelizing the unconverted to a saving faith of Jesus Christ and leading all converts into the experience of being baptized in the Holy Spirit so that the fruit and gifts of the Spirit are manifest in their lives individually and corporately.Producing the life and character of Christ in the believer through a variety of teaching and training opportunities: regular church services, Cell Groups, Beacon Institute of Ministry, youth ministries and women’s and men’s ministries.Targeting the total development of youth through multiple activities including such things as teaching, training, mission trips and sports.Developing spiritual leaders who can multiply themselves and minister to the needs of others.Supporting and releasing those who desire to minister at home and in foreign countries.Bringing believers into a realization of God’s presence through thanksgiving, praise and worship in the liberty of the Holy Spirit.Providing the five fold ministry gifts on a scheduled basis for the equipping of believers for the WORK of the ministry.Helping needy families especially widows and orphans.Building a relationship with other multicultural churches thereby tearing down the walls of prejudice that have separated us.Reaching this city, county, state and world through all available media.THIS CAN ONLY BE ACCOMPLISHED BY A DEDICATED AND COMMITED UNITED EFFORT. To do less than our best is mockery to the One who loves us and gave Himself for us. You are loved and appreciated. Remember, only one life, it will soon be past, only what'’s done for Christ will last.

Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ's body. We are all parts of His one body. We are all one body in Christ, we belong to each other, and each of us need all the others. Romans 12:4 (NLT)

And let us not hold aloof from our church meetings, as some do. Let us do all we can to help one anothers faith, and this the more earnestly as we see that final day drawing near. Hebrews 10:25 (Phillips)

As members of the body of Christ we have a built-in need for faith-encouraging relationships with other believers. Our corporate gatherings on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings are a great place to get started, but we'd also like to encourage you to plug-in to one of the ministry opportunities here at GCC..
